Our children will inherit the earth – let’s show them how to care for it! Set against a stunning African sunset children tend animals in a Kenyan village and go on wildlife patrol in a custom-built wooden helicopter. From upon high they count herds and make observations. Then they tend to injured animals by flying them to budding medics who diagnose and wrap the sick in giant bandages. Real issues explored through play – what a great way to learn!

Ranger Kids is an exciting playspace aimed towards kids aged 0-5 years old. Within the new playspace, kids can role play to become a Wildlife Ranger, a Vet, a Leopard Tortoise and explore life in an African village with a range of exciting dress-ups and props to play with and explore.

From fuelling up the helicopter for a field survey to scrubbing up for surgery on a lion, Ranger Kids gives kids a hands-on experience in an exciting and unique immersive environment.

The space houses a indoor / outdoor Leopard Tortoise exhibit and a Medic tent with a X-ray station and recovery food for the animals. In the Melako village kids can host a performance in the mud hut shadow puppet theatre, plant food crops and protect their crops by adding a boma fence to the perimeter as well as practicing their bead threading skills just like the Melako people.
